HSC waterline repair scheduled for Saturday | E-News | West Virginia University

WVU Health Sciences Facilities will be making permanent repairs to an 8-inch waterline near parking area 80 beginning at 6 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 22).

The roadway leading from the construction area to the lower section of area 80 will remain closed during the duration of the repair.

We do not anticipate a loss of water in the building; however, there is a chance for decreased water pressure during the repair process. This should be temporary with limited impact on the facility based on preparation and reduced water consumption on a weekend day.

The HSC Facilities team is working with a contractor to have everything ready to proceed on this date, but if any circumstances arise to hinder this plan, communication will be distributed immediately.
